In spite of what we all have been led to believe, you DO NOT have to hire a lawyer to access the court system.. Administrative cases such as Uncontested Divorces, Uncontested Adoptions, and Incorporation, are referred to in legal circles as "paperwork shuffles", because all that is required is that you have the paperwork prepared in the correct format for your state and county, and knowledge of the filing procedure.

That’s where we come in. We’ll prepare your paperwork in the correct format for your state and county, and provide you with step-by-step filing instructions. We charge a reasonable fee for our service and stand behind our work 100%.

REFUND POLICY
To request a refund you must contact our Customer Service Department at 866-321-8670. We will attempt to correct any errors or provide any additional documents required by your court. If the court refused to accept our documents you MUST return the documents stamped with the file number and stating the reason your court refused them to: Nationwide Cour Documents Mail Center, PO Box 1227, Shepherdsville, KY 40165-1227. If Nationwide Court Documents cannot provide documents acceptable to your court, we will refund your fee.

DIVORCE
A divorce is uncontested when the husband and wife are not going to dispute or, fight over, anything in court. Legal representation is not required because there is no trial, no jury, and no lawyers disputing issues in a courtroom; even if there are children and property involved, and even if your spouse is missing or unwilling to sign the divorce papers.

We do not sell do-it-yourself legal kit forms that you have to type up yourself. All you fill out is the worksheet to give us the basic information we need to prepare your documents for you. When we receive the completed worksheet and the fee we’ll complete your documents and send them to you, usually within 30 by regular mail. Our basic fee is $195. (For full fee information go to our Products and Services Page)

ADOPTION
We provide service in uncontested adoption cases, in which no one is going to dispute your right to adopt the child. In an agreed adoption case, legal representation is not required because there is no trial, no jury, and no lawyers disputing issues in a courtroom; even if the "other" biological parent is unwilling or unavailable to sign the adoption papers.

There is no trial and no lawyers arguing the case in a courtroom. When the adopting parent is a step-parent or a close relative you just have a brief meeting with a judge, often in the judges’ chambers. Cases like these are referred to in legal circles as "paperwork shuffles", and what is required is that you have the paperwork prepared in the correct format for your state and county, and knowledge of the filing procedure, all of which is provided by our completed document package.

We’ll prepare your paperwork in the correct format for your state and county, and provide you with step-by-step filing instructions. We charge a reasonable fee for our service and stand behind our work 100%. Our standard fee is $295 per child. (Go to Products & Services Page for full fee information.)

 INCORPORATION
A corporation is established by filing the proper documentation with the Secretary of State in the state where the corporation is to be based. There is no court appearance required, only the filing of the proper documentation in the correct format. We’ll prepare your paperwork in the correct format for your state and county, and provide you with step-by-step filing instructions. We charge a reasonable fee for our service and stand behind our work 100%.

Our basic fee for incorporation is $195. (Go to Products & Services Page for fee information.)
