Save Thousands in Attorney Fees
Practically all court matters are administrative procedures that are commonly referred to in legal circles as "paperwork shuffles".
In cases like these, there is no trial, no jury, and no lawyers disputing issues in a courtroom. There is no law in any state in this country that says you have to hire a lawyer to access the court system.
There are basically three ways to proceed with any uncontested court matter:
- Pay a lawyer several hundred (perhaps thousands) of dollars just to have a paralegal type up your papers and file your case. (This can't sound like a good idea.)
- Buy a do-it-yourself kit and hope you prepare the paperwork correctly - AND hope that an unfriendly judge doesn't throw out your case because you forgot to dot an "i" or cross a "t". (You need knowledge and expertise for this one.)
- Contact Nationwide Court Documents. We will prepare your paperwork in the correct and official format required by your state and county, and provide you with the step-by-step filing instructions.
We are not one of those companies that sell do it yourself legal kits that are supposed to be "valid in all fifty states". Not only do the paperwork and procedures vary from state to state, they also vary from county to county WITHIN each state. No do-it-yourself kit takes every variation into consideration.
You can file the case yourself, but we will prepare the documents for you and provide step-by-step filing instructions.
